I have skpe for PSP as well as we wish to call him!
The usually preference is dial as well as what do we dial?
Is there the opposite way?

dial his phone number including area code. if you want to receive a call, you have to pay more for a phone number. to dial i think you get one free call. i tested it out about a year ago and called my ex’s phone… would’ve been funnier if i had a mic so i could say something lol.

you get ONE free trial with the psp skype
but you can jst make unlimated accounts 
you need a psp 3000 and i think you can only call a phone number :/

i made 2 accounts then it stoped working it said i needed skype credits to call ordinary phones……wtf?
