When i initial got skype i paid for credit to upon my skype. we ran it down to $0.05 credit as well as right away it shows it in red during a tip with a buy credit button. we have sinse paid for subscriptons to skype so i dont need to buy credit anymore. That red notice is irritating as well as has been there for months. How do we get it off?

I would try getting the latest version and reinstalling it, or look in the settings and prefrences and see if there is somehting in there (check tihs box) to not show this or something to that effect.
your account lies in the user and password, so you wont lose your account info by doing that.

Buy a small amount of skype credit. When your subscription runs out, do not renew it until the credit is down to about $2.
