I’m not transparent upon what is giveaway as well as what we have to compensate for. Can we have use of Skype or a little alternative VoIP to have a giveaway call from my mechanism to an additional computer? If so, when we see a price for monthly service, is which for job people upon their unchanging phone line?

Yes. Computer-to-computer calls are free, but computer-to-telephone calls usually cost you. This is where the fees come in. Some charge by the minute, some charge a monthly fee and give you a set number of minutes.

If you use Skype from one PC to another PC, it should be free since you never used a landline as part of the circuit.
Where do you see a fee? Your ISP charges you a fixed monthly fee, right? It’s not clear what you’re talking about there.
