Works Great, good price.
I’m really happy with this product. It was easy to install and to set Skype as the default. Call quality is good.

Unit added noise to line, but works like regular phone even without a land line
Maybe I got a defective one, but there was a slight humming sound even before it dialed (and no I am not talking about the dial tone).

Please read!
This product only works properly if you have a phone line and are using skype. Do not use this product if all you plan to use is skype, it does not react well to this scenario…

Cheap product from China
I was very disappointed. The unit looks like a cheap knock-off and the user guide is not adequate. Not user friendly.
